Connections in the slower tier are delivered through Openreach’s ADSL and fibre-to-the-cabinet (FTTC) network, and are therefore available to more than 95% of UK households:

Superfast Fibre: 67Mbps average download speed, delivered over FTTC (£21.99/month)
Connections in the next tier are delivered via Openreach’s G.fast network, which currently reaches around 2.8 million premises across the country:
Ultrafast Fibre: 140Mbps average download speed (£41.99/month)
Ultrafast Fibre Plus: 290Mbps average download speed (£46.99/month)
Shell Energy Broadband also offers five packages on Openreach’s full-fibre network, which currently reaches more than 6 million premises:
